Who we are
Lori is made by Nikhilesh Siddanthi in India (“Lori”, “we”). You can reach us at privacy@lori.baby.
What Lori is
Lori is an educational app for parents from pregnancy to a baby’s second birthday. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or antenatal care. If something feels wrong, such as your baby moving less, contact your doctor straight away.
Free use
The daily rituals, calm practices, science library, card pack and help lines are free. You do not need an account.
Lori Plus
- Lori Plus is sold as one-time passes, with no subscription: the Pregnancy Pass (from purchase until 3 months after the due date you entered), the First Years Pass (to your baby’s second birthday), the Full Journey (pregnancy to the second birthday), and an upgrade from the Pregnancy Pass to the First Years Pass. The price is shown before you pay and includes any applicable taxes. Launch prices may change for new buyers; they never change for a pass you already hold.
- A pass opens every paid feature of the Lori app for your family for the time it covers, including features we add in that time. Safety information is always free.
- On the web, payment is processed by Razorpay. In the Android app, it is processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. You receive a receipt from Razorpay or Google.
- Gift and clinic codes open a Full Journey. A code works on up to three phones, is not exchangeable for cash, and should be kept private until it is used.
- Lori Plus is for your own family’s use. To use it on a new phone, restore it with the email or mobile number you paid with and the payment ID on your receipt, with the same Google account in the Android app, or by entering your code again.
- Earlier Lori Plus subscriptions continue on their existing terms until they end.
- Delivery is digital and immediate: Lori Plus is active on your phone as soon as payment is confirmed.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: 7 days, no questions.
Your recordings and data
Your recordings and details stay on your phone. Keep a backup (Settings, Back up your recordings); we cannot recover what is lost with a phone. See the privacy notice.
Changes and availability
We may improve or change features. If we ever stop offering the paid features within a year of your purchase, we will refund your pass in full.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Grievances: Nikhilesh Siddanthi, privacy@lori.baby. We reply within 7 days.
