Please don’t wait for an email. If you are bleeding, your baby is moving less, or you or your baby seem unwell, call your doctor now, or 108 for an ambulance (112 for any emergency). If you are feeling low or overwhelmed, Tele-MANAS is free and confidential, day and night: call 14416.
Write to us
Email privacy@lori.baby for anything: a question about the app, a refund, a mistake you spotted, or an idea. You can write in English, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil. We reply within 7 days, usually much sooner.
Please don’t send health details or recordings. We can’t give medical advice, and Lori keeps what you record on your phone.
Payments and refunds
Include the email or mobile number you paid with and the payment ID from your Razorpay
receipt (it starts with pay_). For a pass bought in the Android app, Google
Play’s own refund process also works. See the refund policy.
Your data and grievances
To see, correct or delete details you gave us, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, write to our grievance officer, Nikhilesh Siddanthi, at privacy@lori.baby. See the privacy notice.
